If for some reason, your order is damaged or there is something please message me within 14 days to either return the goods, or replace any damaged parts.

 

Please note if returning for a refund, I require the procdut/s to be sent back asap at your own cost.

 

I do not hold any responsilbilty for any lost products in the post. Once I have posted through Royal Mail sadly it is out of my hands if for any reason your product doesn't get to you.

 

I always try to resolve any problems you may have. So please do get intouch.

 

I post all my items second class via Royal Mail.

 

I do offer shipping upgrades to first class and tracking.

 

For orders over £20 I reccomend using tracked postage so we are able to claim the funds back if your product happens to get lost.
